Notice
Recognize what is happening before the pattern becomes the whole decision.
For the person who is tired of holding it all together
Alexandra helps high achievers, overthinkers and sensitive minds understand the protective patterns beneath the performance—so there is more choice, clarity and self-trust when it matters.
“I do not help people silence anxiety. I help them translate it.”
You do not need a label to recognize yourself
You replay the conversation long after everyone else has moved on.
You know what you want—until disappointment or uncertainty appears.
You are good at being dependable, but tired of being the strong one.
You understand the pattern afterward, yet still repeat it in the moment.
Whether or not you call it anxiety, the pattern is real. And it is not proof that something is wrong with you.
The work beneath the work
When discomfort, rejection, pressure, uncertainty or fear appears, an established protective pattern can move faster than what you consciously know.
It reaches for the response that once created safety—even when that response no longer creates what is best for you today. Alexandra’s work helps you meet that moment with curiosity instead of shame.
Recognize what is happening before the pattern becomes the whole decision.
Translate what the response is protecting, requesting or trying to prevent.
Create enough space to choose what supports the person you are today.
Ways to work together
You do not have to identify as anxious—or have the perfect words—to begin understanding what keeps happening.

Meet Alexandra Valiquette
I do not help people “fix” their anxiety. I help them translate it.
Alexandra is a mental health coach specializing in anxiety and the protective patterns that can hide beneath achievement, capability and a calm exterior.
She helps professionals, entrepreneurs and sensitive high achievers understand what is happening beneath the performance—without shame or another impossible standard to maintain.
Alexandra is certified in Mental Health First Aid through the Mental Health Commission of Canada. Her training also included specialized Mental Health First Aid focused on PTSD within veteran and public-safety communities, including the CAF, RCMP, Sûreté du Québec, and police services. The curriculum covered mental health and substance-use concerns, mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related anxiety and PTSD, and psychotic disorders.
Her approach brings together clear education, grounded reflection and compassionate accountability—so insight becomes something you can actually use in the moments that matter.
An evolving body of work
A reimagined archetype experience designed to help you recognize your protective language without reducing you to a label.
Honest reflections on sensitivity, relationships, becoming and learning to live without abandoning yourself.
Conversations where the masks come off, the polished answers end and the human experience gets to speak.
